IMPORTANT NOTE - Our garments and knits are handmade with delicate and unique natural materials and crafting techniques that require extra careful storage and wear compared to everyday clothing. While the materials can be fragile, they can live a long life if worn with intention and well cared for. To keep your piece in great condition please use garment covers or other similar means to preserve these textiles and their one-of-a-kind textures when not in use.

Shipping and Handling

As there are only two of us handling all aspects of our business, please allow 4-5 days handling and packing time before shipments are sent. (We often ship faster than this and try our best to.)

DHL Express takes an average of 2-6 days depending on your country and import regulations. Taxation or duties are the sole responsibility of the customer and vary greatly from country to country.

Domestic orders with Thai EMS take about 1-3 days.

Return/Cancellation Policy 

All international orders (outside of Thailand) are final sale due to shipping prices and customs restrictions. Orders can be canceled within 24 hours for a full refund - sometimes this rule can be bent if your order hasn't been shipped yet. 

In Thailand, exchanges for store credit only are accepted within seven days of purchase.

All custom orders are strictly non-returnable / non-refundable regardless of location. 

Any orders that are shipped back to us due to customs abandonment/ unpaid customs fees are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not refundable (as we will be required to pay double shipping costs, said unpaid customs fees as well as Thai import taxes to receive any returned packages, which always far exceeds the value of the items).

EU Consumer Rights (Legality) Starting June 19th, 2026

For customers located within the European Union, certain purchases may be subject to a statutory right of withdrawal under applicable consumer protection laws going into effect June 19th, 2026. While these laws conflicts with our store policies, we are legally obligated to cooperate. 

Where applicable, EU customers may be eligible to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order by submitting a withdrawal request through our website or by contacting us at hellonongrak@gmail.com.

Returned items must be sent back in their original condition and packaging, and any shipping charges or customs duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be issued after the returned goods have been received in the same condition as when sent.
