HANDMADE TEXTILES & LIMITED PRODUCTION we work with raw, handwoven silks and hard-to-find yarns, all in limited supply— enough for just a few pieces (or less) per colorway. Once the fabric or yarn is used up, its exact shade, weave, or texture won’t normally be found again, making each garment a special part of our evolving creative / design process. No two are exactly alike.
A NOTE ON FIT / SIZING soft silhouettes, adjustable closures, adaptable proportions, and sculptural shapes mean most styles have been designed to adapt to many different body shapes and sizes. This design inspired by unisex school shoes from the 1950's and silk shoes of the 1800s.
Features buffalo leather sole, raw cotton canvas lining with aluminum buckle closure and grommets.
These fit slightly wide and because they are crafted with fabric uppers the fibers soften with wear, which loosens the original fit - due to this we suggest ordering on the smaller side. For instance, if you are usually a 37.5/38 we suggest a 37. Order up if you like to wear with socks or have extra-wide feet.

Due to the rawness of the cotton canvas lining, some fraying is to be expected - simply cut away any threads to clean up.
